DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE
TAKE ONE TABLET (BLUE BLISTER) PER DAY, PLUS ONE CAPSULE (TURQUOISE BLISTER) PER DAY
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach.
